James R McCracken

James R. "Ray" McCracken, 73 of Franklin, IN passed away at his residence.
He was born in Cheverly, Maryland the son of the late James Junior McCracken and
Gertrude Rebecca (Sopher) McCracken.
Ray is survived by his children, Tracy Ann (husband, Shane) Geeslin of Oklahoma City, OK;
and James Ray McCracken, Jr. of Franklin, IN.; his (5) grandchildren Joseph Geeslin, 
Sarah Geeslin, Hannah Geeslin, Mackenzie McCracken and Sean McCracken.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Wayne McCracken and
Carol McCracken.  He lived in Franklin, IN for 12 years, previously living in Columbus, IN.
Ray worked in Sales for Nyffler TV and Appliances in Columbus, IN; he also worked for
Taylorsville (IN) Mobile Home Sales and also as a self employed Photographer.
He was a graduate of Highland Heights High School in Ft. Thomas, KY. He also was a member
of the Moose Lodge of Shelbyville, IN. Ray was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Visitation for Ray will be on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 6 to 8pm in the Glenn E. George
Funeral Home, 106 E. Franklin St.,  St. Paul, IN. A graveside service will be on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 1:00pm
at the Paul Hill Cemetery, St. Paul, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the
Heartland Hospice of Indianapolis
