Milford D. "Mac" McClory

Milford D. "Mac" McClory, 74, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 at OUR Hospice
Inpatient Facility in Columbus.
Born September 27, 1944 in Edinburgh, Indiana, he was the son of Clifford McClory and Mildred
Pemberton.  He married Beverly (Habig) McClory on May 5, 1973, and she preceded him on May 28, 2016.
Other survivors include a son Tyler McClory of Shelbyville; and a granddaughter Morgan McClory of Shelbyville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his spouse, a son Dustin McClory, and a brother William Pemberton.
Mr. McClory had lived in this area his entire lifetime, and graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1962.  He
had been a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service for 26 years, retiring in 2006.  He was a US Air Force
veteran, serving in the Vietnam war.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm on Friday, May 10, 2019 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road,
with Rev. Jerry Habig officiating.  Visitation will be observed from 11:00 am until the time of the service.  Burial will
be in Van Pelt Cemetery.
Military rites will be conducted by a local veterans organization.
