Patricia S. Skaggs, 78, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, June 29, 2019 at
OUR Hospice Inpatient Facility in Columbus.
Born March 16, 1941 in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of Richard G. Minor
and Beatrice Helen (Moore) Minor.
Funeral services will be 12:00 noon on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at Glenn E. George
& Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road, with Pastor Merry Popplewell officiating. Friends
may call from 10:00 am until the time of the service.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Patricia Skaggs Memorial Fund in care of the
funeral home.
