Phyllis Jean Dugan, 86, of Shelbyville, passed away Friday, May 10, 2019
at Ashford Place Health Campus.
Born November 29, 1932 in Connersville, she was the daughter of William
Pollitt and Delores (Smith) Pollitt. She married John R. Dugan on July 16, 1949
and he preceded her on September 17, 2005.
Graveside services will be 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at Forest Hill
Cemetery with Rev. Michael Keucher officiating.
