Rollin D. Fogle, 80, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Cypress Run
in Morristown.
Born December 9, 1938 in Shelby County, he was the son of Loren Elias "Bud" Fogle and Ruby
(Adams) Fogle. He married Sandra (Scholl) Fogle on April 3, 1960, and she survives.
Other survivors include 3 children- Kevin D. Fogle of Shelbyville, Sheri Lindsay of Indianapolis,
Darin Lee Fogle (wife Shannon) of Shelbyville; brother and sister-in-law Charles & Marcia Loveless
of Shelbyville, sister-in-law Josephine Fogle; 7 grandchildren- Aaron Fogle, Kyle Fogle, Tyler
Fogle, Amber Bradley, Ashley Lindsay, Kaysie Fogle, Molly Fogle; and 2 great grandchildren-
Jarrod & Aiden Fogle. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Gene Fogle.
Mr. Fogle had lived in this area his entire lifetime, and was a lifelong self employed farmer. He
graduated from Waldron High School in 1958 and was a member of Little Blue River Baptist
Church, where he served as deacon and trustee. He was also a member of Morristown Lion's
Club, Waldron Young Farmer's Group, and a member of the Shelby County Soil & Water Board.
Rollin enjoyed playing cards, traveling, cutting grass, farming (which was his passion), and spending
time with his friends, family, and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home,
437 Amos Road, with Rev. Ken Morgan officiating. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery. Friends may call
on Thursday evening, December 5, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Little Blue River Baptist Church in care of the funeral home.
