Samuel Matthias Shiver

Samuel Matthias Shiver, 21, of Monticello, Fl., passed away in Madison, Fl., on August 15th, 2019. He was born February 26th, 1998 in Shelbyville, Indiana. Sam attended and graduated from Sail High School, Tallahassee, Florida, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jewell Williamson and grandmother, Mae Williamson of Shelbyville, Indiana. 

He is survived by his parents, Jeff Shiver and Valerie Shiver of Monticello, Fl. Sister, Amanda Thibeault (Todd) and three nephews, Caden (10), Owen(4) and Ethan (1), of Tallahassee, Fl. Uncle Tim and Aunt Cheryl Streeval (cousins: Caleb, Bethany and Charity Streeval) of Edinburgh, Indiana. Paternal grandparents, Jimmy Shiver and Lenafaye Shiver, Monticello, Fl., and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Sam loved gardening, music and singing. He loved working with animals and was employed with Teal Brook Kennels, Monticello, Fl. He loved his family and his best friends were his Mom and Dad.

A  Graveside services will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery in Shelbyville, Indiana on Friday,

August 23, 2019 at 2:00PM with Rev. Tim Streeval officiating.
