Colleen Seeling

Colleen Seeling, 64, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Franklin Meadows.

Born May 14, 1958 in Evansville, Indiana, she was the daughter of Arthur Kemp and Esther (Morrison) Kemp. She was married to William "Bill" Seeling for 25 years, and although they divorced, they remained very good friends.  He preceded her on September 9, 2020.

Survivors include a daughter- Emily Polston (husband Justin) of Shelbyville; 3 sisters- Linda Rogers (husband Jerry), Jean Chambers (husband Jim), Karen Thomson (husband Cecil); brother-Randy Kemp (wife Jackie); and 3 grandchildren- Ella, Leo & Wes Polston.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband Bill Seeling.

Mrs. Seeling had lived in this area for 26 years, after moving from Southern Indiana. She was retired, but had worked for several years in retail, and a few years in the school system.  She graduated from Boonville High School in 1976, and occasionally attended Shelbyville Community Church.

A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
