Former Shelbyville resident, Eric Lee Zeisloft, 45, of Rushville, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2020
at Rush Memorial Hospital.
Born December 9, 1974 in Toledo, Ohio, he was the son of Robert and Martha Ann (Ahrens) Zeisloft. He
married Shawna (Bowers) Zeisloft on July 3, 1999 and she survives.
Other survivors include his father Robert Zeisloft (wife Maryjo) of Toledo, mother Martha Ann Winkler
(husband Jim) of Shelbyville; son Ethan Zeisloft, daughter Sherry Zeisloft, both of Rushville; 2 brothers-
Jeff Zeisloft (wife Cindy) of Toledo, Brian Zeisloft (wife Holly) of Greenfield, and sister Lisa Zeisloft of Nashville,
Tennessee.
Mr. Zeisloft had lived in Rushville for 8 years, after moving from Shelbyville. He had been employed as a
shipping supervisor at Ryobi Die Casting for 20 years and Valeo for 4 years. He attended Shelbyville High School.
Eric enjoyed traveling, watching football, and was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeye fan. He
enjoyed watching his son play varsity football, and his daughter play softball. He was a family man that loved
spending time with his family and friends of his children.
A graveside service will be 1:00 pm, Thursday, March 26th, at Arlington Cemetery in Rush County with Pastor Chad Ridge and Rev. James
Brockmeyer officiating.
