Inice E. Rehfuss

Inice  E. Rehfuss, 84, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday, April 19, 2020 at Morristown
Manor.
Born August 16, 1935 in Dorena, Kentucky, she was the daughter of John D. Foster and
Bessie (Polston) Foster.  She married David W. Rehfuss on May 13, 1977 and he preceded
her on May 10, 2015.  She had previously been married to Norman L. Thompson, and he 
passed in October 1986.
Survivors include 3 children- Eddie Thompson of Somerset, Kentucky, Dea Stevenson (husband Bill) 
of Morristown, Trina Moore (husband Charles) of Rushville; 2 siblings- Zerie Elliott of Shelbyville,
Hobert Foster of Greenfield; 7 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in
death by her parents, spouse, and 2 brothers Herschel and Hollis Foster.
Mrs. Rehfuss had lived in this area for 78 years after moving from Kentucky.  She had been a factory
worker at Western Electric in Indianapolis for 20 years, and a member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church,
where she was active in church activities.
Inice enjoyed working crossword puzzles and word finds, making floral arrangements for monuments, 
and spending time with her friends, family, and grandchildren.
Private graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Asbury Cemetery.
No visiting hours will be observed.
