Leonard K. Sells, 75, passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020 in Plainfield, Illinois.
Born April 19, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of Clyde and Dorothy (Fewless)
Sells. He married Linda (Adaska) Sells in 1967 and she preceded him in 2005.
Survivors include a son Jason Sells (wife Angel) of Shelbyville, daughter Jennifer Burzynski
(husband Jerry) of Plainfield, Illinois; brother Paul Sells (wife Judy) of Illinois, 3 sisters- Lela
Duncan (husband David) of Hickory Hills, Illinois, Sandy Solt of Willow Springs, Illinois, Ella Silvers (husband
Allen) of Hanover Park, Illinois; 4 grandchildren- Ginger, Chase, Amber, Holly; and 3 great
grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and spouse Linda.
Mr. Sells had lived in Shelbyville for 30 years, and was a US Army veteran. He was a factory
worker at Ryobi Die Casting for several years.
Leonard was a model railroader, and loved working on his trains, fishing, and dearly loved his
grandchildren, and spending time with them.
The service times and location of services have been changed.
A Graveside service for Leonard K. Sells will be on Saturday, March 31, 2020 at 12:30 PM at
Forest Hill Cemetery, Shelbyville, IN.
Arrangements entrusted to Glenn E. George and Son Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IN
Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, where a military service will be conducted by a local veterans organization.
