Marion Irene Hooper, 77, of Shelbyville, passed away Monday, March 23, 2020
at Morristown Manor Cypress Run.
Born February 7, 1943 in Hillingdon Uxbridge, United Kingdom, she was the daughter
of Frederick Arthur Peek and Joan Dorothy (Batchelor) Peek. She married Peter Hooper
and he preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son Richard Hooper of Shelbyville, daughter Louise Hooper of Chicago,
Illinois; brother Jim Peek of Shepton Mallet, UK; sister Shirley Fischer of London, UK;
grand daughters- Hayley Hooper of Greenwood, & Melanie Hooper of Chicago, and grandson
Cameo Polk of Chicago. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her spouse.
Marion graduated from high school in United Kingdom, and had been employed with
CICOA as a delivery driver for Meals on Wheels for several years, retiring in 2017.
No funeral services will be observed.
