Mr. Dover had lived in this area his entire lifetime, and graduated from Central Nine in Greenwood. He was involved in the music production industry and was a musical artist. Scotty loved his wiener dog Franklin. He enjoyed music, singing, and social media. He had an off beat sense of humor that was hilarious to some and confusing to others!
