Ronald W. "Ronnie" Clark, 72, of Columbus, lost his struggle with AML on Friday, January 18, 2019 at
OUR Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Born October 17, 1946 in Gwyneville, he was the son of Homer Thelbert Clark and Telia Marie (Perry)
Clark. He married Linda G. (Preston) Clark on February 1, 1969 and she survives.
Other survivors include 2 sons- Brett Wayne Clark of DuPont, Todd Brady Clark of Indianapolis; 3 sisters-
Janice Colee (husband Phil) of Fairland, Judy McPherson of Greensburg, Debbie Higdon (husband Bill)
of Shelbyville; brothers in law Kenneth Preston of Shelbyville, and Dennis Preston of Fountaintown. He
was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Jim Biggers, Bill Clark, Richard Clark, Michael Clark; and
2 half sisters Dean Doris, and Jean Clark.
Mr. Clark had lived in the Columbus area for almost 50 years. He graduated from Morristown High School in 1964,
and was a factory worker for many years at several local factories including Cummins and Ryobi Die Casting.
He was an Indiana National Guard veteran.
Ronnie enjoyed the outdoors and nature, his dogs and cats, especially his cat Diamond. He loved his family
and the time he spent with them.
No funeral services will be observed.
